CONDUCT

  • All posts must be relevant to the purposes of the group
    • You are encouraged to post when seeking resources or referrals, or when asking for consultation on patient cases (with patient identifiers removed)
    • Posts should be related to clinical practice
    • Please avoid posting solely to advertise your business offerings - please contact [email protected] if you are unsure if your post fits this description
  • Posts and responses must respect the diversity of our members and never be shaming, judgmental, blaming, or violent in any manner
    • When posting or replying, please first reflect on the uniqueness and breadth of our membership and engage with mindful awareness of our diversity
    • Use “I” and “person first” language
    • If applicable, please include trigger warnings at the top of your post
    • Double check that your post does not contain patient identifiers
  • Harassment of members or moderators will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the group
  • All posts and replies should be appropriate for online, large group discussion
    • Before submitting a post, please consider if it is appropriate for online group discussion or if it would be better for one-to-one communication
    • If not appropriate for large group dialogue (ie. specific communications about your clients where confidentiality may be compromised), please either reconsider posting or ask  in your post to have responses directed toward yourself (aka back channel) rather than the group as a whole
  • No patient identifiers should be included in posts
    • Posts with patient identifiers will be removed
  • Posts should be non-commercial in nature
    • Please avoid posts solely advertising your business offerings - please contact [email protected] to seek clarification if needed
  • Submissions are moderated periodically and PASHN leadership reserves the right to remove posts deemed inappropriate
  • Code of conduct guidelines will be reviewed and revised periodically
  • All group members have the right to make complaints about posts they feel are inappropriate - these concerns should be directed to PASHN leadership at [email protected]
  • Any member who repeatedly violates this code of conduct may receive a warning or be removed from the group by PASHN leadership
  • Please direct any questions to [email protected]
